All of our products are posted in eco friendly packaging. They are 100% recyclable, plastic free, sustainably sourced and 100% biodegradable. Our in-store retail bags follow the same standards. We don't add any extra bits & bobs like swing tags, order slips or flyers to help keep material waste to a minimum as they tend to just be put in the recycling.

We will hold all online in-store collection orders for a long as required and will follow up via email periodically after 2 weeks.

This basically means you're awesome. In this modern world of free next day delivery we try to compete as best we can by offering free shipping over £35, but there are still costs of course. The average shipping cost of a single medium size tee is £2, eco packaging £1 and of course paper, printing ink, electricity, label sleeves all come at a cost including time to visit the Post Office. It all adds up for a small independent business. So I thank you if you're 'Happy To Cover Costs'.You're a Legend and really supporting a small business.

Standard Delivery £2.75 // FREE Over £35:
We aim to get all orders shipped within 24/48 hours of purchase. Please note that I will do my best to post orders after 9am Friday on Saturday morning, if not they will be posted on Monday/Tuesday due to family commitments. All orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. Please also allow at least 2-3 working days from your delivery notification email for your purchase to arrive. We have experienced delays with Royal Mail from time to time, some being up to 10 days and we are yet to have anything go missing...

Reservations:
We will hold reserved items for no longer than 14 days before we add them back in to stock for purchasing, unless a specific date of collection is agreed that surpasses the 14 days.
